Basically the title says it all. I have a 2001 XJ with a 4.0L that was rolled about 3 or 4 times and basically busted all the glass out and crushed the roof down. So basically I've been looking for another XJ to put my lift, tires, and drivetrain into for cheap. I've been able to find a few XJ's in my area that have bad transmissions or engines, but the only problem is the XJ's are older ones with the distributor ignition systems. My question is, how hard would it be to put my 01 engine into a 96 or 95 if i use my engine, transmission, harness, and computer? I've searched around quite a bit and couldn't find a straight answer. Thanks in advance
