Uploading photos

Trying to upload photos from my itouch but where it says "choose file" is all greyed out so I can't click it. Help please (I know it's the wrong place to post this thread but **** it, everyone looks here.)

Just tested the app on my android phone and it worked fine. So not quite sure why it won't work from the IOS app. maybe someone with an iphone can help.
