I put a completely fictitious birth date I will never remember, please change it back to the way it was when I joined in 2009(BLANK).

Scared someone is going to send you a birthday card?

You'd have to be damned near retarded to put your birthdate into a low security database of any kind in this day and age.

Stop worrying so much, remove your tinfoil hat and chill a little. Life is too short.

You're a special kind of stupid, aren't you?

This thread gave me a good chuckle.
Identity theft can happen, I've had two different card numbers lifted. One was a preload debit card that got used all over Ypsilanti, MI. I got the card canceled and my money back after a few calls.

Now if my social security number got stolen. That would really be funny. Good luck getting approved ****ers.

Of course is can happen. It sucks. Sometimes people just go overboard with it. No matter how much effort you make your info is still out there available to the public.

So you'll post your Firearms on the Web but not your birthday?

With stunning websites like this http://www.directpaymentplan.com/ being passed off as official by utility companies and essentially no security on electronic transactions it's no wonder 5% of Americans fall victim to identity theft.

What, is your mother's maiden name + birthday your bank password?

First off, step back and chill out. Now for starters, NO-ONE here is trying to steal anything from you. We try and help each other unless someone is being a total douche nozzle, then it's game on. Secondly, you are able to change ANY of your personal info under your User CP, unless you're on mobile, then I would have to do it for you.
Now, all you have to do whenever something like this needs attention is either PM myself or another Admin. It's that simple. So again, step back n calm down if you want better results/responses from people. As for Pockets, his credit has NOTHING to do with his level of intelligence. He's one of the few old school Jeepers like myself with a vast array of repair knowledge. What was posted on his end was sarcasm/joking, stick around and you'll see it is. If something is offensive, that's why we have a report button. Let us handle it. I've said my peace if you wish to have original request addressed, PM us with detailed description of what's needed.
