Look in the little box to the left of the post - where find the username and such? At the bottom of that box, you'll see a little "Generic Warning Sign" button (it looks like an exclamation point in a white triangle with a red border.)
Click that, it takes you to the "Report Post" page. This reports the post, not the entire thread.
