Yes 4 different accounts 3 different bans.

Yeah whoever it is they are from China and they keep using new IP's. So an IP ban won't work. So we are stuck simply banning each time they come in. The other real pain is the IP does not resolve to a specific host/DNS. So again makes it more difficult to deal with.

OKC.. security question in English for new accounts, that could help eliminate those spammers who dont speak/write it?

We tried that. Didn't seem to affect anyone but legit user. These spammers are smart and the find a way to code around them.
