Re-upping prem membership.

O I re-upped my membership and the money has been pulled from my bank account but still no underground access and no custom user title ect.... Since Internet brands purchased it does it take longer to upgrade? Or is there a possible issue?

I cant pm due to a very full inbox. I'll post a pic of the for some reason uncleared payment. There is a lot of money in my account so that's not the problem.
