i was thinking maybe you guys should separate for sale section in to cars for sale wheels/tires for sale and then parts but thats just me!

I dont think theres really enough in the FS section to be doing that. And the title should state whats for sale anyway, just my .02

Well if folks would read the posting rules then we wouldn't have an issue. In a sticky that explains the req for posting it states what info must be included. If it's not and it's reported or one of us catch it then it's gone. Unfortunately the average user doesn't read the stickies or they chose to ignore what the requirement is.

Maybe I will find a mod that their sole purpose is to read through for sale posts to make sure they follow the guidelines.

OKC, if you assigned a mod to clean up that section alone it would take weeks. When they were done there would be 5 or 6 ads left. I personally think there should be a time limit on the for sale ads so old ones do not keep getting pulled out of the attic. How many times do we see an ad that is a year old for parts that gets pulled back up by a newb asking if it is still available. After 3 months they should be deleted to keep the section organized. If the op still has the item for sale it can be reposted.

Yeah that's an idea I will check on that. I actually like that concept. Keep the for sale are clean.
