Fix title on how-to section for 84-96 XJs

Default Fix title on how-to section for 84-96 XJs
Right now if you click on the How-Tos link you get a page that lists various models, it has 97-2001 twice which is clearly not correct as the link to https://www.cherokeeforum.com/how-to...-xj-1984-38935 is for the 84-96 XJ's as well as the image displayed.

I don’t seem to have the power to change anything in that section. Let me reach out to the higher ups to see if they are willing to do it.
