cleaning up the forum
what do we need to do to get some of these threads cleaned up? browsing through the modified section, and quite a few oe tech questions. im not trying to bust *****, i just dont want to have to weed through questions like "why does my o2 sensor fuse keep blowing?" and "where are my timing marks?" i havent been on here in a while, but i get irritated when people post in wrong sections, whether intentional or not.

This is so true. There s just so many people on this forum and the mods do what they can but it only take an hour or two for a dozen wrong section posts to appear.

That's what I was afraid of. I'll just leave notes on the ones I find as to which section it belongs in, in an attempt "to educate" with the hope someone actualy pays attention to where they are posting. I'm sure I'm gunna catch hell for this by the others who think that replacement parts, means modification. ThaNks lowrange

The only thing you can do is flag posts that don't belong. If they can get to moving it they will. If not, they may never see it.

You can also report the threads. Then if a moderator has a minute they can move it. We just do not have time to sort through and find them ourselves.

Lol yea reporting these things you stumble on makes it a lot easier.
Most of staff don't have time to go digging through everything.
As soon as a report it sent I get an e mail then I log on real quick and fix the problem and then go about my bussiness.
