Be patient. Apparently, it takes an act of congress to mail out a sticker.

Just out of curiosity are individuals who sign up for a membership still receiving CF stickers, as I said previously I was just curious because I signed up a few weeks ago and never received any stickers. Thanks in advance for any information.
