Default Album???

I have used the album function, and was wondering if 10 images is the limit that I can put on there?? How would I go about using it to host pics that I want to post on CF?? I currently use Photo Bucket. Thanks, computers aren't really my strong suit!!

Thanks for the reminder. That was the setting Don used because he was on a shared server and wanted to conserve disk space. Now that we've moved over to our dedicated server I've upped the limits on the photo albums.

You can now have 500 images in your albums and supporting members can upload 1,000 images.

I've also made it so you can display 700x700 images instead of just 600x600.

Enjoy

That's strange. Did it give you an error message? Where there any really large files you were trying to upload? If so you may want to try them one at a time.

Yes, 5 is the new limit... it used to be 3.

Cool, five it is then. I was trying to upload five images, and I got a message saying that some security setting was causing problems and gave me a link to email admin. I just skipped that and posted here, since we are already on topic and all. I don't think it's on my end, as I've never had any problems with other image host sites. IDK, let me know if I need to do something. Oh, and like I said before, I'm no genius with computers, so I can be missing something pretty simple!!

Ok just looked and as a paying member I can only upload a total of 100 pics..not that I need more but just thought you might want to know that 1000 mark isn't quite there.. Needs another 0 added.. So far I am liking things as well.

Well here's what I do...I open the windows explorer and go to where the picture is..Now I highlight the pic and down at the bottom of the window in the status bar it tells me the size, resolution and what not of the image..basically if the file size is larger then 100kb then it's over the 700x700 mark for sure. Now this is all in windows XP...In windows Vista you can right click the image select properties and it will tell you that info.

I'll give it a shot. I have XP home, so I should be able to get it done. I uploaded the pics that are on there from my PC at work, it may be different!!
