adding pic 2 my name when posting ??

I had trouble with this and just figured it out the other day.
1. click user CP (top left)
2. under the YOUR CONTROL PANEL bar on the left side
click edit avatar.
3. this is the important part. you have to make sure you are set to
*use custom avatar. then save changes
you can upload a photo directly below that.
4. If it says photo upload error. your photo might be too big.
open the photo with PAINT and resize to 100x100 pixels
That was overly detailed you should be able to figure it out no prob.
