2004 Grand Cherokee stalls in reverse

Engine: Inline 6Cycl 4.0L
2004 Grand Cherokee stalls in reverse
My 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee completely stalls in reverse. It started 3 months ago when it was jerking in reverse but with enough gas would overcome the issue. 3 months later now it completely stalls in reverse. i have tried the following;
1. Cleaning and clearing out the air system
2. Replacing spark plugs
3. Replacing fuel injectors
Anyone know anything else? or have any ideas what else it could be?

Any check engine lights? Might be worth getting it scanned at autozone in case there are any codes stored in the ECU. If you have a code reader yourself wouldn't hurt to put in in monitoring mode while you reverse to make sure there isn't anything weird going on with the engine when you put It in reverse. Also check your trans fluid.
