Well figure I'd let the cat out of the bag. I found a job. I'll be moving from Michigan to Missouri. It's a little more than that. See do to the way things are my wife and kids will be staying in Michigan till June. That way the kids can finish there school years out. And I'll be staying in the St. Louis, MO area. I'll still be on here getting a Laptop and until I get internet at the place I'm staying I can get on at work and from some local internet cafe's.

The only way this will change is if I get working or win the Lotto.

I'll be leaving for down there on Jan. 1st and start at work on Jan 5th...

 

Well congrats on the new job bud. Hopefully it all works out well. I know leaving the wife and kids behind is rough. I couldn't imagine doing that.

 

I just keep telling myself it's for the best.. Sorta like the military, except I'm not getting shot at and I can call any time I want...

Brotherman, seps from the fam are tough. For a while I was working in Nevada and going back to California for the weekends. My company offered me a job with a move to Utah and we did it. Everyone under one roof again. Did my 20 years in the Navy and all that goes with it, but leaving every week was getting harder and harder to do.

 

YA I'll be working in Hazalwood, MO just north of the airport, oh and about 1/2 mile from BigFoot Inc 4x4 shop......

The plan is to get a house in the St. Charles area, that's a nice area north west of the heart of St. louis. Plus from what I hear they have a few Jeep clubs in that area...

Same here plan is for a 6 months max... But it's for a job....




There is another possible plan on the table also, but as of right now this is the only for sure thing going on....

 

Ouch! That hurt....jk I leave for USMC Boot Camp Jan 26th. I know what ya mean about the seperation. Hope everything works out for ya with the new job and all.
