whoa, there are a lot of misconceptions in here. firstly, I apologize I have not been subscribed to this thread when clearly I should have been.
to address a few things: stickers for you guys who sign up as premium members are a priority for us, making you happy is a priority for us. In recent months we have been dealing with some staff turnover at the office, coupled with summer vacation time and out of office events taking up the time of those still with the team. Not making excuses, but we are aware of being behind on getting stickers mailed out, we're working to resolve this.
the fact we use a Google form to collect addresses is simply because it's the easiest and most convenient way to do so, we are not selling or giving Google access to your information.
In regards to other issues/concerns/suggestions that any of you may have, please let your mod team know so that they can inform us. We don't want to be micromanaging the community, but we do want to support the needs of everyone.
obviously as a corporation we have a need to 'make money', but without you guys we can't do that, hence you're the priority unlike some of our competitors in the space.
cheers,
robb

You have a fantastic moderation staff here who make every effort to do what they can with the limited tools available to them, but as you say the users, members and visitors are your bread and butter. Without member and user participation to volunteer their personal time and traffic you have nothing to support the ad marketing. When the script has long term bugs and issues due to neglect, and not even stickers can be delivered timely, it does display a lack of concern for the domain in general down at our level, and even at the guest level. And this is not the responsibility of the moderators here, this is on corporate and your developers and staff to maintain. There is much more potential here for traffic to see the ad platform if there was just a little more time, effort, concern, and maybe even the occasional minimal financial reinvestment back into it from corporate. When there appears to be lack of concern from the top it creates lack of concern all the way down to the first time reader and visitor.
"obviously as a corporation we have a need to 'make money', but without you guys we can't do that, hence you're the priority unlike some of our competitors in the space."
No truer words could be shared Sir. And hopefully this is truly understood and appreciated for what it is. Like I mentioned, The quality of the posts that hold up the billboard are indeed the only thing keeping it erect and visible. These posts require occasional timely attention and maintenance or they will rot away and there will be nothing left to hold it up, I have observed this reality over the last 3 years of coming here. But even more important is recognizing and appreciating everyone here who donates their own personal time and effort to answer vehicle maintenance questions for visitors. And sometimes they follow up for weeks to try and help with the visitor's issue. These folks have earned a little effort in return from corporate to keep things well oiled.
Again... Thank you for taking the time to drop in and address these issues Sir. I could be mistaken, but it would be only the second time in the three years I have been supporting the site and it is very refreshing to see IB corporate take a personal interest.

I ordered two in July of 2018. I've read it can take a good while to get them. Just wondering if anyone who ordered before me have gotten them.

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Done. THANKS
I asked him about my order and if the stickers are even still available. I'll post here when I get a reply unless Robb would happen to post first.

Decals are out of our (Staff's) hands. It's IB's responsibility and Robb M is the IB rep here at CF. So, any questions, please refer to him.

Yea I was aware of that. Had to have read it at sometime on one of these 128 pages. lol
GOOD to post it for those who aren't aware of it though.
I also told Robb that if the stickers weren't still available that they'd be missed.
