Just a suggestion that if the ppl like the names or not they can have a poll for each section to see if everyone affected approved or not.

NAXJA is what you make of it, in my case a great resource for XJ/MJ tech, a great parts resource, and a generally good group of people to ask questions of. They have this really cool feature called "ignore" which allows you to not see posts by people who may irritate you. Maybe some of you should use it.
It seems to me that a number of people on this board seem to think that there can be one ONE Cherokee forum. That is my main reason for not signing up as paying "member".
Now back to the topic at hand.... I think the latest version of Stryker's map looks great. Keep up the good work.

Forums can be a great resource and can be a big pain, take PBB for instance. Great tech stuff if you can wade through the insults and BS but the tech is there. For whatever you need to ask go some place else. You will get flamed to a crisp over there.
NAXJA has good tech too and the flames will get you 3rd degree burns but it is usually pretty well deserved. JU will be a good forum now that they have cleaned up their act. Jeep forum is also good but I always feel that they are trying to sell me something. L4J is a great resource and I like their tech but you have to contend with the ones who only consider open Jeeps as Jeeps and a Cherokee does not count. Just a few of the reasons I love CF over the other "forums" and why I frequent it the most.

You people need some thicker skins. It's just the internet. Take it with a grain of salt....

I was just making a general observation about the attitude of a good many on this board, especially the ones who feel the need to bash NAXJA. It is the nature of internet forums that people will say anything they damn well please, for two reasons: 1st, because they have no fear due to the slim chances of ever actually meeting the person they are flaming, 2nd, for the pure entertainment value of pissing someone off and then watching their reaction. If THIS forum continues to grow and gets as large as NAXJA or Great Lakes XJ or JF, then it will happen here also. No amount of moderators can stop that.
Yes, I will agree that it is nice to come here and be relaxed, but until all of the NAXJA bashing comes to a complete halt, I will never pay to support this forum. If that offends those who do, all I can say is it is a reflection of how you have chosen to discuss other forums that has made my decision for me.
I'll be stepping down of my soap box now. Hopefully those that have been guilty of bashing other forums in the past will think twice before doing so in the future.
Peace.

But I respect your reasoning.

Hmm. According to Stryker's map, I have gone from "wanna-be cowboy/hunting guide" to "yankee".
Oh, well. At least I'm not considered "mid-west chapter" anymore.
