Does any one know of any good Trails in Connecticut? im in New Milford and we don't really have legal trails in my area.

I live in CT, and yeah their isn't much land to wheel on, you just gotta drive around and talk to people or look at local off road forums. Oh also, you should probably join a club. I suggest JT4x4.com (just joined myself..kinda) and Sisoffroad.com, which I visit sometimes. I think sisoffroad is based in Milford...? Correct me if i'm wrong. JT4x4 has the majority of their members in Groton. Sorry if you already knew this info.

As for trails, my town has these awful dirt roads that are never used except for fishing and stuff, I couldn't make it with my stock xj. But like I said, if you join a club or two then wheel with them, you'll find plenty of land to use.

I've never been to this place but it's called Nepaug. I don't know if it's legal or not but I've heard people wheel their. I would never wheel anywhere illegal anyway. I think it's on the RI/CT border.

I'm really lucky I have two parcels of private land that I can use. One is 1500 acres in the hills with rocky creekbeds and hills, the other is 900 acres of flat farmland with some water and mud.

I also deer & turkey hunt on both of these.

The closest "park" is Hot Springs - Superlift ORV Park.

Shawnee National Forest has many miles of trails on public land :p

Rausch Creek in PineGrove, PA is great but its pay to play @ 35$ a pop. I've also been to Wharton State forest in south Jersey. It's free, bad thing about that place is you can sink your rig easily and it all looks the same so it easy to get lost.
