These are from my first time muddin. "The Cliffs".
My girlfriend was in charge of pics, I think she did pretty good
Before we headed out. thats me on the right

Theres the cj that came with us in the background

My buddy keith in the red Xj and dave in the green beast of an Xj

theres the Cj


heres how that ended


there she is

just messing around

heres all of us minus the big Xj

Some minor trouble

a little break time and had to retire the Cj due to minor electrical problems

woops



it really didnt get much better


theres me tryin to pull him out while im half in slippery mud and water

thats what i was in, but i had no problems getting in and out of that rut, thank you mud terrains

oh yeah... I need bump stops, can anybody tell me where to pick some up?

he finally got pulled out by a guy in a really sweet wrangler

all said and done. left on a high note, only having dented the fender and ripped off my flare, i had to tow out Keith due to a snapped drive belt.

I looked in quadratec for longer bumpstops, but they didnt have any for my year

You better put those bumpstops in place before you cut your front tires on the sharp fender edges. Be careful this weekend and we need more pics.

save yourself some $$ and simply use hockey pucks. here is a pic of mine. (i still need to countersink the bolt holes.)



i had originally installed the extended top ones, but they weren't long enough. just like in your pic, the tires wedged way up in the well, popping off the flares. my tires have slice marks from the sheet metal. so now i have both the uppers and the hockey puck lowers. it's working well. if i want more stop, i'll get longer bolts and stack another puck.
