INDIANA-XJ

I am looking to buy another XJ or Comanche to start a new project. This is what I would like to find.

2 door preferred
4.0 L engine
automatic preferred but manual is ok
no rusted out floors or rockers, not looking to do that kind of body work
lift or no lift
would like to be able to drive it away and make it home
other than rust, condition is not a big deal as it will probably not be on the road a lot

I live in Indiana and am not in a huge hurry to buy one so I am not looking to travel a long way. I am also not looking to buy anything that is super nice and spend a ton of money on a stock vehicle, only to spend more to set it up the way I want.

Hi I was getting ready to post this but I seen your ad first . I too live in Indiana. I am helping my neighbor find a new home for her XJ. Its a 99. It has some body damage from a rollover when her daughter lost control on one of our lovely county roads. You can acutally drive the thing the drivetrain was not compromised. I am swapping out the interior in it for mine. As I have a baby due and its a bit nicer than my DNR issue interior. LOL Anyway It has 4.0 A/T And chrysler rear not the Dana 35. I don't have pice yet but its a great canidate for offroading. Oh and it only has 120K miles all highway. Too bad you are in Indiana.. I have my 98 auto 2dr for sale. 2500. Runs and drives perfect. New tires and exhaust. 3" lift and no rust. If you ever make it to GA for some reason..gimme a call. 678 535 8764

i am in indiana as well, west central. i have a 90 2dr black with grey interior. with a 96 HO 4.0. 3 in lift with tube bumpers and fenders a trimmed and rolled. auto trans with 231 TC. D30/D35. it is on 265/16 BFGs with two spares and i have a second set of tires and rims that are factory. (outlaw style aluminum) i also have a second set of front seats, a spare trans, grille, open cool rad. when i got it, i never planned on it being a DD. the sway bars have been removed so i would not recommend street driving until they have been replaced. the body is sound and very little rust. if your interested. just PM me here and we'll talk. i'm asking 1500 for all. and i do have a title.
