WTT: Car Audio (Radio/Headunit)

OK the OEM radio died some time ago. I swapped in a 2 **** 1990ish Fujitsu Ten unit that was fine for a week or so. Now its developed a whine, that is actually worse when the key is off! So Im looking for a replacement and times are hard. I do have a Laptop to swap for the right radio though.

Must have:
RCA Out
Separate Treble and Bass
Pretty simple requirements.
