Just purchased a 2000 cherokee sport with a broken arm rest latch. Looking for another one... its annoying how much the armrest lid slides around. :wallbash:

super gorilla glue does wonders on those.. mine broke and I used that, has held strong for a year now

Hah, yeah... it was already broken when I purchased the Jeep last Friday.

Some people put Velcro strips on it. I'm thinking about doing it too.

That was my first thought, but if I can't score one for next to nothing, I was thinking I could fabricate the latch using sheet metal and two part epoxy.
