Dirty from sitting in shop rope is so the clock spring doesn't get messed up

It's not tore up if that what u mean it is dirty from sitting but could be cleaned easliy just been siting for a few months and got some mud on it from the last time it was wheeling before it was rolled then parted out I never cleaned it
