Not the fusebox cover, but the little one next to it that covers the green power lead to the fusebox. I must have left mine under the hood and now it's stuck somewhere or in the middle of the highway... not a big deal but would like to replace. I have a couple other fused wires that are connected here and it's kinda ugly, and another spot for a dropped wrench to ground stuff out.
