Wanting to buy tow bar brackets for my 95 Grand Cherokee. Or maybe a great idea of how to hook one to it. My old 90 Cherokee wasn't much problem, but the plastic bumper on this one covers a lot of the front and can't see a good way to get to the frame.

I understand that a company makes baseplates/brackets for it, but at over $300 that sort of hurts a guy on a VA disability pension. I would be happy to buy used if anyone has some.
