Tires W/ or W/o Wheels

im looking for either a decent set of tires in 15'' or a set of wheels and tires for a decent price for my 98 XJ. I live in southern DE and dont want to pay to have anything shipped too me. I will travel within reason. let me know what yall have. thanks!
