Thief Failed but broke my XJ

Found broken steering column trim and lock cylinder this morning.
Had to get work for last day of a training so wife drove me to work.
Anyone have the plastic trim for the steering column and willing to sell?

F*CKING thieves! glad to hear they didnt get your jeep tho. i would have to check but i am pretty sure i got the trim that goes around the wheel. but to be sure we are on the same page, you want the plastics around the steering wheel and not the trim ring around the ignition correct? if so, make me an offer.. thanks

you can get a whole replacement column with key from the junkyard for far less money and hassle.
steering column can be swapped out in less than an hour with only 2 wrenches.

Yup, looked again when there was light. And whole column is trashed.
Got one on the way, be here Monday.
