i have a rear cutom bumper of a 97 xj with hitch and swing down tire holder or can be removed for d rings mountsin where stock bumper goes

How much are you looking for? I'm in colorado. I wouldn't mind paying for shipping if we could lower the cost of the bumper. 250 would be ideal but I think that's a little low...
