FS[FourCorners]: radiator spout disintigrated-broken off

radiator spout disintigrated-broken off
I have a l999 jeep cherokee sport ...radiator spout to hosethat leads to overflow jug is broken off...only 1/2 inch remains.
I used hose and duct tape but no good. When hot, prestone
coolant boils out...
Is there any way to fix spout? spout is plastic, like the radiator...
