Passenger's vent window seal???
 

The glass shop lost my vent window seal and then tried to "fix it" with a piece of rubbwe folded over attempting to make a seal! I complained and complained and the ysaid this was the best they could do. So I am asking the Cherokee community if anyone has the outside passenger's vent window weather strip. Here is drivers side (top picture) and the glass shops attempt (bottom picture).

1996 Cherokee classic.. sorry I forgot that info. I'm still pissed at the glass shop for their poor workmanship AND lack of customer service!

Ok I called the Corporation and spoke to the district manager.. and they are ordering me a new part and will install it tomorrow~! :party:

at least they did the right thing... I work in customer service and as some may already know... if someone is not able to help you out with your concern....ask for the manager and or say your contacting the bbb
