NEED ASAP!! one steel wagon wheel for a spare

I'm in desperate need of one 15x8 wagon wheel so I can use it on a full-size spare. I need the obvious 5x4.5 bolt pattern. I don't have enough time to order a new one. I don't care what color it is as long as I can pick it up somewhere within an hour of 48116 Brighton, mi. If you have one please sell it to me thanks. Below is a pic of exactly what I need. I have a steel wheel same type from 77 jeep cj7, not sure if same bolt patten. But mounted with good tire too

Can you check the bolt pattern? It's 5x4.5 bolt pattern. How much would you want for it and what size tire is on it?
