Lookin to lift my jeep before summer comes around.. any help would be greatly appreciated

Budget? Long arms? Short arms? Add a leaf? Full leafs?

There's a lot more information needed before anyone can help you out. There's also a thread titled "ALL LIFT AND TIRE QUESTIONS GO HERE!" You should check that out too. Lots of help there.

You'll also want a SYE and CV shaft if you go 4.5 or chances are you'll have terrible drive line vibs.
