Prolly still too rich for your blood but ... how about a Kargomaster - 60x52 with your choice of mounting hardware for 300? (The light bar is a separate entity)

Nice rig dude! I apologize but I'm still looking something a little cheaper at the moment ($100-$200 range). I'll definitely keep you in mind though if your looking to sell in the future. Definitely a nice basket.

How about something like this?
Universal Rack
We can add options (jack mounts, light tabs, tie downs, etc) and change any dimensions you'd like. I'm in Chattanooga, and would be happy to meet you in N. GA.

You've got some amazing fab skills, thanks for telling me about your products! As of right now, the roof rack got put to the back burner of my build because I need to replace/repair a few other things before I make another purchase, but I will definitely keep your offer in mind when I do go to purchase a rack.
