Latch Mounting Plate for fiberglass Tailgate

The Latch Mounting Plate on the underside of the fiberglass Tailgate on my 94 XJ needs replaced. With the mounting holes being divot-ed, It won't be easy to make a replacement. Anyone have a busted-up fiberglass Tailgate lying around?
