Are you looking for the 4.0-242? I have one that came out of a 97. It needs a rebuild though, I believe the head was warped. Full motor, no accessories. Ill just give it to you if you're willing to make the drive.

I have a long block out of a 92... all it needs is pushrods rocker arms and a head gasket and water pump... I have the trans too if you need it... its an auto... no transfercase though
