I picked one at my local parts store for 30 bucks last year.

yup i believe so. everything i have seen lists 95 and 96 as being the same.

my ignition switch for my 96 country cost me $ 70.00 at napa( I was told 96 was the change over) , would have been $145.00 at the dealer.
