I don't have one. I realized that I chopped one up recently and that was the one I had in my mind. Sorry!

I know I have three in the garage, I will get a pic tonight to see if I have the one you need.

This is the one I have. I have two more but they have issues I just noticed so they are not useable. If this one is correct and you want it let me know and we can work something out.
