I found one on Ebay for my 95. Had to pay 60 dollars but it works, you can expand your search to Grand Cherokees of the same era as they used the same IR keyfob. It's nice to have all the things on these older XJs working.

I'm looking on ebay now and seeing them for 89 to 120 dollars.
