Aftmkt control arms wanted
Lookn for a set of upper/lower control arms (aftermarket) any condition is ok (used preffered--budget minded) as long as they are useable!

They are adjustable from roughly16"-18".(is that what you mean by telescoping)? They will work for a 4.5".( should be set at 16.5"). And they have no name or part number so I do not know the brand.
