98 xj ECU/PCM pls help
 

im looking for an ECU/PCM for my xj. its a 1998 with auto tranny, np231 transfer case, 4.0 inline 6, 4-wheel drive, 4-door. having issues with my jeep and hoping this will fix it. pls help. greatly appreciated. heres a pic of my computer part number sticker. Also i wanna say that the ending letters AE may be able to be the AD and possibly others as well and still work. Not sure, yall may be able to correct me.

If you can... get the number off the ECM. It will help match it. I might have one, but I can't remember what it came out of.

Thanks very much nojaprides! I really need one badly. Hopefully this is my problem. Want this xj ready!! Havent even put more than 5 miles on it since new wheels and tires and lift!! Killin me not to be able to drive it!! Lol

I have 534 ad and can't read the other, but its from a 2000, what is your jeep not doing properly ?

I got a rebuilt one off eBay it was like 75 send them the vin and numbers off the ecu and they'll flash it just for your car took about 4 days for it to get to my house. Hope this helped

I have two. PM me so I can remeber and I'll look at it tonight. One is still attached to the Jeep, but the motor died.
