I've got one here in Ga. if you're still looking. no fabric on it so it needs recovered. no speakers, if you want one I do have the gray light that goes in the center of it with pins and maybe push clips. saw one with tan light in local yard if you need tan. I'm always there for something cause I have 3 XJs. does $40 with light--$30 without sound fair. let me know if your interested and I will find out shipping to 78207
