A shackle relocation box adds 1" on it's own. Depending on the combinations of leafs you use, you'll get anywhere from 2"-5" lift. The relocation box, van main leaf, with XJ 2nd and 3rd leafs would be an easy 2"-3" and better flex than a standard length XJ leaf
