bloomington: 3" budget lift

3" lift. Ive got 3" coil spacers and 3" blocks. 75$ obo been installed but never drove on. (Wouldn't fit in garage with 6" of total lift. Went with my 2" bb.) Local pick up.

How do the blocks work does it come with longer u-bolts or what? Interested in it and located near Bloomington
