Default 96 Cherokee

I am selling a 1996 XJ with about 127k on it (I changed the stock cluster to a sport cluster with a tach and still have the stock that reads 115xxx). Motor is 4.0, trans is AW4, t case is NP231J. The Jeep has a 3 inch RC lift (rear bastard pack/aal). The lift has about 6k on it. It has mismatched 33's
under it. I just started at UTI, 5 hours from home and can't get home to get to those things that need to be done and if it sits until May of next year, it will have gone to waste, so I am selling it to give it a better home.

The bad: I took the fuel pump out of it when it was -13 with the windchill and broke the sending unit;
I have not been able to get under it since the last time I went wheeling, but noticed what sounded like a ball joint pop. My bro diagnosed it on the trail as the LCA loosening up. Not sure went to school and haven't looked;
Where I had to fold the rear quarters in to fit the tires under it looks like a 5 year old did it (I have no fab skills);
It's from NY so it has rust, the top hinge on the drivers side door needs to be rewelded; and
it's dirty cuz its a trail rig

The Good; It is for sale with an extra set of D 30 shafts for the front, an extra Corp 8.25 for the rear and there is also a set of chopped 31's (Cooper Discoverer ATR's) I will toss in;
Has RC LCA's to add tire clearance (33's don't rub them);
it has those fold out front wing windows (NO I WILL NOT SELL THEM SEPARATE DONT ASK);
has been very well maintained (I know it's whole history, I got it from a friends mother who handed my her original title that said 3 miles);
it has a hitch on the rear (recovery) and a brush guard on the front (bottom of brush guard was bent when I got it) and
it's been very good to me, it has never left me stranded.

I am looking to get $1500 OBO as it sits with the extra's. I have somebody interested in the axles, but would rather sell everything together. The title shows a lien, it does not have a lien (I transferred the title to my name in NY without any problems, Key Bank wants $50 to certify the letter I have that clears the lien and since it's a trail rig, I never bothered). Jeep is located in Minoa, NY. I am in PA and only have limited pics and a video fro the last time I went out (RPM's did not go above 2500 in the vid, it's not beat on) (
).

Good price on it, but since I live in Michigan the jeep would need to be running. The fuel pump/sending unit issue would have to be fixed and the title would have to show clear with no liens.

talked to NYS DMV today, they said it doesn't show a lien against it in the computer, they just can't take it off the title without a certified letter.

It would have to be drivable (working) and have a clear title.

I hear what your saying, drivable is easy, I'll have it drivable next weekend when I finally get home. Title is clear, when you give the DMV the VIN #, it shows that the title can be transferred to another owner, thus it's clear. I could get it off the paper title, but then the title is 6 weeks out and I don't have 6 weeks to wait, sale of the house is final in 3 weeks and it's gotta go. KBB has private party value listed as 2190 in fair condition, I'm already 500 below that and KBB doesn't include the lift, tires or extra parts in the value. I put this up for sale as a trail rig, not as a DD, hence knocking the price below what it's valued at. As anyone knows at 127xxx, man that thing is just barely broke in. At this point, I'm ready to scrap it just to get it out of the way (scrap will give me $1000 cuz they will pull the drive train and resell it, already checked).
