Now to your questions- YES. These spacers will fit XJ, ZJ, MJ and TJ- any that have the coil spring suspensions.
As for an easy way to install them, I'm sure there are plenty of good, simple shadytree articles on Google outlining the install.

The other way is to have someone do it. :yes::thumbup1:

If you don't like red, they can be painted with vinyl spray paint. Spray spacers with brakeclean. Let dry and paint.
Hopefully in the near future grey and lime green spacers will be available.
