Have both front Dana 30 and rear 8.25 29 Spline. Only Question I have is how do I get more countersink screws for the Dana 30 and 8.25? They are real easy to strip when you don't have your jack and your putting these on by hand and trying to hold your diff cover in in place at the same time. Yea these covers are heavy.

How much for a 8.25? I put a nice little dent in my stock cover and need something a little bit better than sheet metal.

Never took a rock to the OEM Diff covers on the XJ and thought these were just for hardcore wheelers. Past weekend a large rock came down striking the front axle. From the sound of it I expected to see pieces. The people I was with expected a puddle under the axle.
When we got out to check the damage I was really annoyed. The Ruffstuff diff cover paint was scratched. No leak, no dent, no worries. We pried the rock out from under the front of the jeep and continued on our way. When I returned home all that was needed was a little sanding and respray. After seeing how well it did I'm considering trying welding on the axle boxing in the LCAs.

I was gonna go with this one cause it looked like a strong cover that had a lot of fluid capacity but I went with the riddler. Im not a big fan of the out side ring.
