Rickybuilt XJ Front Winch Bumper

5 Attachment(s)
This is 1 of 3 different varients of bumpers I build for Xj's. the other 1 has no hoop, and is my least favorite, and 1 has more of a stinger on it. Mounts extend back and incorporate steering gear bolt locations and re-enforce steering gear mounting location.

D-Ring mounts welded on both sides? If not, can they be? I flat towed with my last YJ and bumper, and will do the same again.

Also, what is shipping to 91750 with commercial address (check the box, it saves me $$$) ?

I want to use the current d-rings I have. How do I measure them so you can make the hole in bracket?

What's the build time?

They come painted "as shown"?

Also, post a number. It helps.

Bumpers do come painted as shown, no the D-ring tabs are not welded both side, but have been champhered and have good penetration into the base metals. I would have to guess that from the face of the weld to the base of the root, probably around 5/16" to 3/8". I can look into extending them through the body of the bumper and welding them on both sides if you preferr that. My number is 269-377-2294 and my name is Ricky. I do work a full time job as a machinist, so don't expect to hear from me untill after 4 on most days M-F. Lead time on a bumper is around 3 wks, as I build from scratch, maybe a little sooner seeing how I have 3 about 75% done already. This is a hobby for me that makes me a little bit of wheeling money so they are function over form, not everyone's cup of tea I understand LOL......thanks again for the interest. Call if you have any other questions. I also have a website www.rickybuilt.webs.com
