Judging by your lack of responses to the questions asked in both this thread and your catalytic converter/exhaust thread, customer service isn't a very high priority for you. In this day and age, answering a few quick questions on a forum that you are paying to advertise on goes a looooong way towards building a good business reputation. I'd gladly pay someone twice the price you're asking if I know I can get quick responses to questions or issues. Best of luck with your business, I won't be sending any money your way unless your customer service improves dramatically.

I have no idea what brand they use in these but I doubt they are Timken.

You really need to calm down. I'm not on the forum often as I spend my time fulfilling the orders we have. I have email notifications set up but I rarely receive any notification. I have explained this in the exhaust thread and everybody but you seems to understand this.

I'm not upset. Just passing on a little piece of business advice. Quick response time on forums equals good customer service. 99.9% of your online customer base will never meet you in person or even talk to you on the phone. The only thing they have to judge you on is your timely and helpful responses to threads like these.

As far as the email notifications go, I bet you your ISP is sending them to a spam box because you don't have CF notifications whitelisted. As I said, good luck with your business.
