They are 10 gauge(0.134" thick). The entire set is comprised of fronts, mids and rears for 330 to your door.

Is it like a L that get welded on outside and bottom of the frame rails? Or more of a U?

So to clarify, it's more of L shape in the middle section and its just flat plate for the front?
