DMR 180 degree shock hoops!

4 Attachment(s)
DMR now offers 180 degree shock hoops! These are perfect for full body rigs. In the past most kits came as 120 degree hoops. Fitting these in a full body rig such as an XJ left large holes in the cargo area. With 180 degree hoops only holes large enough to fit the tube through are required to cut. Hoops can be welded to the floor to seal up the holes and add a bit of stability also.
Hoops come extra long and are cut to fit. Will include 4 "feet" to be welded to the frame to land the hoops and either straight or curved shock tabs for $69

I usually mount the shocks to tabs on top of the u bolt plate. I can include 4 flat bottom tabs to weld to the plates for an additional 9$
If you would like a set send me your E-mail and I will send you an invoice that can be paid via Paypal or credit card.

I thought if they were on the u bolt plates they were normally a little more tucked into the fender well? Got a pic from the bottom side? Lastly, what is the tube made of?

There is really only one place to go through the floor. Right outside of the frame in between it, and the wheel well. This puts the shock basically inline with the spring plate.
Here is a crappy one of mine
Attachment 333092

And one more attached. Not great but I think it shows the idea.

So this comes with the four (two per side) small pieces of tube to weld to the unibody, the main hoop, and tabs to attach to the main hoop?

Or does the main hoop just weld to the floor? Kind of confused lol.

oh, and the tube is 1.75" .120" wall.

When is this shipping/ when should I expect it?

I was just going to message you actually. My supplier took longer than I was originally told to get me my tube I ordered. It came in Friday and I bent and cut your hoops today. I should have them in a box at UPS on monday.
If you check on my facebook page you can see a shot of them on the table.
