Haven't gone anywhere...just working away (y)
The Alpha skids should start shipping next week. Since we dont have an XJ at the shop we are working with a couple different guys that are remote. We sent a couple skids out a few weeks ago and got some installed pictures back. We are confident that the final skid design is good to go..so production on them has started.

Just got an email this morning with a tracking number. So it sounds like they are heading out the door finally. EDIT: the T-case skids are shipping. I forgot that i switched my view to have the newest posts on the first page. Lacks post was from 2016 for the origional kits. My t-case skid should be here February 20th from an order Date of December 24th.

I may not mount it for a while. It isnt supposed to get in to double digits until next week, ill have to fire up the shop heater for a full day to even paint the sucker, let alone lay on cold concrete to drill the frame holes.

Not yet. to friggin cold and muddy and wet out. Maybe this weekend? i did test fit it however and the bolts provided for the center 2 welded nutserts are nowhere near fitting. nothing a little drill bit work wont fix. im not going to mess around trying to get the right bolts sent, or go on a turkey hunt to find the right ones. jut going to drill out the welded nut and use my own nut and bolt with a lock washer.

Skid installed. That was a bigger PIA than it should have been. Ha to clearance the skid to not hit the factory exhaust support to the tranny mount. Had to clearance the factory exhaust flange to get the longer bolts in.
